Newly established in 2014, Inmuto Interim Ltd has been set up to provide interim Supply Chain Management services utilising my experience and knowledge gained during my career spanning almost 30 years. Inmuto is from Latin meaning "Change" and my intent is to deliver change through interim supply chain management.
Who am I ....
I'm Mark Thompson. I have a wealth of expertise and experience gained working across the end-to-end supply chains of businesses in various different sectors, from Consumer goods, to Building materials, to Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
I have developed from shop floor through to director level and have operated in global organisations, with functional responsibility for teams across multiple international locations.
I have extensive experience of project management having run projects for over 20 years from S&OP and ERP implementations, site relocations and organisational changes through to end-to-end supply chain transformation and new business model implementation.
I bring a dynamic and passionate approach to all projects that I work on and I am focused on delivery of results. I am known for skills in cross-functional leadership, and with a passion for supporting the development of individuals and teams, I look to drive change through the project delivery.
